Hi! I'm Brenda. Lovely to meet you!
I've struggled a lot with weight loss over the years, but after learning how to manage a balanced Keto diet I've never been happier.
I'm the proud owner-operator of Melbourne's first Keto-friendly Asian-fusion café, The Burger Block, and have been running it with my family since 2003. With The Burger Block as my foundation I'm super excited to finally be able to launch Ketoworks, with the goal of making the Keto way of eating easier and more accessible for everyone.
My goal with Ketoworks is to bring you my favourite Low Carb Keto snacks and pantry-staples from around the world so you don't have to go through the cost and frustration of figuring it out for yourself.
So please, don't be shy. Bring your non-Keto friends down to The Burger Block: we have burgers for them and burgers for you, and try some Keto-friendly snacks while you're here. And yes, it's all in the same place!
See you soon!

We love lettuce wrapped burgers, but being able to occasionally have a proper burger with a bun is really nice. The bun [on the Keto burger] is much better than the Grill’d low carb bun and the burger is tastier.
For Asian-fusion, sugar-free, low-carb and keto-friendly burgers, these are the best kids on the block. This is high-fit, high-protein heaven. They also have plenty of carb-loaded burgers, too, including a 3kg Chainsaw Massacre challenge that comes with a whopping 16 beef patties, 16 slices of cheese and 16 rashers of bacon.
These guys have now been featured on Seven News, Nine News and even The Herald Sun; they’re a cult fave amongst foodies and professional eaters.
Juicy soft patties that just melt in your mouth on every bite. Quality buns and great service. The Burger Block is a small venue, but one that is worth a visit.
This unsuspecting little burger joint is one for the books! With only a handful of tables inside and some outside, you’ll be lucky to get a table for the lunch hour rush, but fear not because the lovely people at The Burger Block do takeaway.
A Melbourne takeaway store has put one of the world's biggest burgers on its menu.
